REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  1. Registration: Register Early! This event may sell out! Keep in mind, the later you register, the higher the cost. Registration is not considered complete until ALL forms & money are submitted. Please make as many copies of the registration form as you need for your group.
  2. Ages: This event is designed for youth in grades 7-12. NOT college/career aged young adults. However, if your Jr. High ministry consists of 6th graders they may attend. Please be warned that some of the topics discussed may be inappropriate for younger youth, therefore elementary school aged children, siblings, and children of adult leaders should not attend.
  3. Registration Fee: Full payment MUST accompany the appropriate forms. Registration fees are absolutely non-refundable; however, they are transferable. In case of inclement weather when the EVENT IS STILL ON, if you choose not to attend, your registration fees will not be refunded.
  4. Add On Registration: After your group registers, any additional "add-on" participants will be required to pay registration fees based on the postmarked date on the completed "add-on" registration (not the original registration).
  5. Wrist Bands: Each registered participant will receive a WRIST BAND, which is his or her ticket for admission. All Persons, including pastors, must have a wristband to enter the event. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Wrist Bands will be distributed when you check in at the Convention Center. If you lose or destroy the wristbands, there will be a replacement cost.
  6. T-Shirts: PLEASE NOTE OUR T-SHIRT POLICY There is a box on the registration form for group t-shirt orders. Please write the total number of shirts you need for each size. The cost of the shirt is included in the registration fee. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A TEE SHIRT IF YOU REGISTER AFTER NOVEMBER 18th, 2006. You will receive your shirt at Check-In. We ask each participant to wear their shirt to the closing worship service on Sunday.
  7. Adult Supervision: This event is an event designed for youth groups. WE REQUEST THAT LOCAL CHURCHES SEND ONE ADULT SUPERVISORY LEADER FOR EVERY SEVEN (7). ADULT SUPERVISORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ON-SITE AT THE CONVENTION CENTER AND AT THE HOTEL. THERE MUST BE A BALANCE OF MALE AND FEMALE LEADERS THAT REFLECTS THE GENDER OF THE GROUPS. ADULT LEADERS SHOULD BE 21 YEARS OF AGE, UNLESS THEY ARE A CHURCH MINISTRY STAFF PERSON, OR A COLLEGE INTERN SERVING YOUR CHURCH. This policy gives us the assurance that adult leaders will be relational, supervise their group, know where all youths are AT ALL TIMES and provide a safe environment with full participation in the event.
  8. Confirmation: Upon registration, each group will receive an acknowledgement as well as additional and necessary information. Each group will receive a health/medical release form which is to be completed for every participant. This needs to be completed prior to the event and presented at Check-In.
  9. Payment: Please make all checks/money orders payable to "Peninsula-Delaware Conference" and mail (no faxes) to:

  10. Fashion: Please dress casually, but appropriately. Every person who registers by November 18th, will receive a "Be Amazed" rally t-shirt. (Please list size on registration form.) We do ask that everyone wear his/her shirt to the closing worship service on Sunday. A limited number of t-shirts will be available for purchase.
  11. Meals: ALL MEALS ARE ON YOUR OWN. Some hotel rooms have kitchenettes (please inquire when making reservations), so you can prepare some of your own meals if you prefer.
  12. Lights Out: Your groups are expected to be in their rooms at 11:30 p.m. for devotions and lights out at midnight. Please note that the hotel has the right to ask you to leave in case of excessive noise that disturbs other guests.
