The
Evangelism Committee seeks to fulfill the mission of the United Methodist
Church "to make disciples of Christ". We desire to grow the church
both spiritually and numerically. In order to have that happen we need to
"walk the walk", and "talk the talk." To that end we
offer adult discussion groups on a various topics, from Biblical studies
to current events. As the people of God, we also seek to make our church
a hospitable and friendly community of Christians and strive to know everyone
by name as our Master knows each one of us by name.
We invite people of all ages into our faith community, and our
prayer is that by our commitment to Jesus' teachings, others will come
to know God and model their lives after Jesus' example. As we invite all
to worship with us, we include them and their daily concerns in our prayers.
