Rev. Tarah Trueblood, Executive Director and Campus Pastor, J.D., M.Div., and M.A.

Rev. Trueblood is the Executive Director and Campus Pastor of Wesley House and Campus Center at Cal and is an ordained pastor with the United Methodist Church. She received her Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts from the Graduate Theological Union's Pacific School of Religion. Her Master's theses focused on transcendence, liminality, and visual and performing arts including improvisational dance as a spiritual practice. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska and practiced corporate, finance and securities law in California for nine years prior to entering seminary. Rev. Trueblood received her Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Rev. Trueblood describes her progressive spirituality as Judeo-Christian. Her primary spiritual practices include prayer, Taize chant, yoga, drumming, journaling, and meditation through watercolor painting and improvisational contact dance.
