Style!!
Hello everyone, It's already November and the weather is colder. I just got back from a vacation in Alabama the middle of October. While I was there I got a new chili recipe. I want to share it with you. It is really very simple. I call it my southern chili.
 
                                                                 Southern Chili
 
2-lbs. ground beef
1 cup onions
2-tbs.chili powder (more if you like spicy)
2- tps. cumin
1/4- tsp.garlic powder
2-cans beef gravy
1-tsp. salt
3- cans kidney beans
1/4- cup of corn meal
2-large cans of diced tomatoes
 
Brown ground beef,rinse and put in large pan. Add all other ingredients except beans and corn meal. Cook for 20 mins. Then add beans and corn meal. Cook another 5 mins.
