Trekkers This is a new three year program for those youth entering into grades 6-8. They will meet on Sundays during the Sunday School hour to explore what it means to be a United Methodist, what United Methodist’s believe and more. This is an opportunity for our younger youth to ask the tough questions in a safe environment. The program is preparatory for Confirmation and will include bible study, service projects and participating and assisting in worship. Contact Sharon Kinoshita for more information. |

Wednesday Bible Class September 2,9,16,23,30 @ 10:00 am – 11:15am Offering Ourselves to God JoAnn Evans Miller, editor of Alive Now says, “In the
Biblical record, God has called to us to enter into a loving relationship
not only with the Divine but also with each other. For the most part,
it is left up to us, the individual, to choose how to respond. .. choose
we must. As we live our lives, we discover that offering ourselves to
God involves not just a one-time decision.. but a lifetime of choices
that affect ourselves and those around us.” Join us for informal discussion
on how we can offer ourselves to God. A study guide is available. See
Rev. Gail for details. Class location currently varies by week. |
