| 1927 | Moved to a Baptist church not being used at Wisner. Bought it soon after. Tore down portion of parsonage and used it as a dining room and kitchen for the church. |
| April 4, 1951 | Merger of Wisner and Hickory Island |
| May 5,1951 | Moved Hickory Island building to Wisner Church building, forming an L, known as Prairie Methodist Church |
| Sept. 9,1951 | Cornerstone uniting the two buildings |
| June 29, 1952 | Dedicated and named Wisner United Methodist Church |
