We are a friendly, active congregation with a long history of faithful service in community of Windsor and its surrounding area. We invite you to worship with us so that you can experience firsthand our love for Christ, our love for one another and our desire to be about sharing God’s love with the world.

The people of First United Methodist Church come from many religious backgrounds and have rich life experiences that inform their beliefs about God, the Church and the world. We seek to foster an atmosphere here that encourages each person to develop their own personal relationship to God through Jesus Christ. Worship services, educational offerings, our large and active prayer chain, mission activities, fundraisers and fellowship events help bind us together in Christian love and ministry.

We tend to be rather informal here at First United Methodist Church! Casual dress is welcome at worship services - and certainly at all other times as well! All of the ministries of our church, including the Sacrament of Holy Communion, are open to all persons who believe in God, acknowledge Jesus as the Son of God, and desire to pattern life after the example of Jesus - a life characterized by love, mercy, integrity and justice.
