Fall is in full swing and so are our classes. We are continuing our fall themes: pumpkins and harvest time. We will also spend most of the month discussing Thanksgiving. We have many blessings to thank our God for: food, good friends, and our families are a few that we are focusing on.
If you are questioning what you could be thankful for this November, I welcome you to visit WCP. One of the many blessings here at WCP, other than the delightful parents and children, is the staff! The children attending WCP would not get the many opportunities here if it weren’t for the gifted staff with wonderful servants’ hearts teaching the children. I am grateful for each one of them.
We will be hosting the book fair by Usborne Books again this year. The fair will be open November 5-6, from 8:30 am - 1:00 pm.
Please join us at both services on Sunday, November 8, for WCP Sunday. The children will be singing some songs that they have been practicing.
Wilson Christian Preschool will not be participating in Operation Christmas Child this year. Instead, we want to stuff the pantry for West Side CARES. By contributing food this month, you will not only be helping families in need, but will be helping the WCP children as they learn to count, add, subtract, classify, sort, and chart the food. Enjoy your November and have a blessed Thanksgiving!

WCP Registration for the 2009-2010 year
Registration involves 4 steps:
Daily activities in every class will include: group time, story time, calendar, snack, arts and crafts, singing, learning center (science/math, literacy, manipulatives, dramatic play, and blocks) and outside play if weather permits.
Cognitive skills that will be integrated in each class will include: colors, shapes, number skills, letters, reading readiness and pre-writing.
Social skills that will be integrated in each class will include: using thinking skills to solve conflicts, manners, sharing, listening, taking turns, expressing needs and wants, and promoting positive relationships.
Spiritual values that will be integrated in each class will include: songs, stories, Bible verses, prayers, discussions, crafts and weekly chapel times with a Pastor.

Born between Oct 2, 2006 through May 31, 2007
Tuesday and Thursday
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
$135.00 per month
Toilet training is not required.
12 studetns and 2 teachers
Early Learners 2 Class #2 and #3
Born between Oct 2, 2005 through Oct 1, 2006
Tuesday and Thursday
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
$135.00 per month
Toilet training is required.
14 studetns and 2 teachers
Pre-Kindergarten Classes #3, #4 and #5
Born between Oct 2, 2004 through Oct 1, 2005
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9:00 am - 12:30 pm
$190.00 per month
This class is for children who will be attending Kindergarten the following year.
