Sunday School - Fall 2008

Wilson United Methodist offers a variety of Sunday School classes for all age ranges, including children, youth and adults. Classes meet at 10:00 - 10:45 am on Sunday.

Classes are also avilable on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm as part of Wonderful Wednesday at Wilson.

ADULTS

• Exodus: Paul Currie will be leading this weekly study and discussion.
• Cure for the Common Life: led by John Sobecki, book by Max Lucado. What is God’s plan for your life? Attend this class and discuss with others how to identify your own uniqueness and motivations and then put your strengths to work.
• Advent study coming on Wednesdays, Dec 3, 10 and 17 at 6:30 pm and Sundays, Dec 7, 14 and 21 at 10am.

YOUTH

The Youth Sunday School classes will be using Claim The Life. This curriculum is life shaping, faith forming, and builds the foundation for a life of faith. Come on Sundays for discussion and conversation on faith and life.

CHILDREN

Live B.I.G.! is our United Methodist curriculum for children, preschool - grade 5. We will have a class for preschool, 1^st - 3^rd, 4^th - 5^th. This fall the B.I.G. theme is "The Beginning of the Story", with stories from Genesis that help us understand God’s plan for God’s people. All children are welcome to join us at Sunday School!
