We are opening our hands to reach out to the lost and hurting castaways of this world. There are thousands, yea millions of people in this world, who haved been tossed aside by this society and these are persons that God is telling us to reach out to. The ones who no one else thinks about. The ones who most people walk by and turn their noses up at on a regular basis. The ones who the government says are politically incorrect. The ones who are no longer VOGUE. These are ones that Jesus is telling us to reach out to with the love of Christ and let them know that God cares about their soul.
This, we are doing through our "Upper Room Outreach Ministry" called Operation C.P.R. , which stands for Christians Providing Resuscitation and Promoting Reconciliation. This ministry is designed to meet the physical and spiritual needs of hurting humanity by providing clothes, food, job-training, counseling and other services to help this segment get back on their feet. At the same time, we share the Gospel message of Jesus with them, thus helping them get the spirtual side of their lives together.
