Worship Service)
| On Sunday, June 6, 1999, at 8:45 a.m.
we will begin a brand new service here at White UMC. "A Fresh Start"
will be a service with a casual style, contemporary music, and a meaningful
purpose. We are making an attempt to reach out to those in our community who may
not be attracted to a "traditional church service". This service will be
designed to provide a comfortable and non-threatening atmosphere in which people can
worship, fellowship, and grow in their Christian walk. Everyone is welcome...young and
old...rich and poor..."red, yellow, black, and white". We know that while
everyone may not be alike and many not like the same things...everyone does need Jesus!
This service is simply another way in which we are seeking to spread the good news of
Jesus Christ to as many people as possible. Come join us as we seek to answer the call of Jesus. |
