Take US-1 South from RALEIGH. As you pass SANFORD, US-15/501 will join US-1. Follow US-15/501. It will depart from US-1 to the right about 3 miles south of Sanford. Take US-15/501 past CARTHAGE. About 6.5 miles past Carthage, turn right onto NC-73. West End United Methodist Church is on NC-73 about 7 miles on the left.
Take US-220 (Future I-73) south from GREENSBORO approximately 52 miles to CANDOR. Exit at NC-211 and turn left towards Pinehurst. After approximately 11 miles on NC-211 you will come to the traffic light in West End. Turn left onto NC-73 and West End United Methodist Church is about 300 yards on the right.
Take US-74 east from CHARLOTTE to ROCKINGHAM. At Rockingham, take US-220 north through ELLERBE. About 6 miles north of Ellerbe, turn right onto NC-74. Follow NC-74 to the stop sign at West End. Turn left onto NC-73/211 and at the next traffic light turn right onto NC-73 and West End United Methodist Church is about 300 yards on the right.
Take US-401 from FAYETTEVILLE to RAEFORD. At Raeford, turn right onto NC-211 towards ABERDEEN. Continue on NC211 from Aberdeen to the PINEHURST traffic circle. You must get in the left lane when you approach the traffic circle. Go 3/4 of the way around the circle, continuing to follow NC-211 all of the way to West End. Turn right at the traffic light in West End onto NC-73 and West End United Methodist Church is about 300 yards on the right.
