In WET parish we offer many shared ministries within our parish and with other churches in our area.  Shared ministries allow us opportunities to minister that, as small churches, we may not otherwise have.

Youth - WET & WILD Youth Group

WET & WILD stands for Wishard Chapel UMC, Ellston UMC, Tingley UMC Walking In the Lord's Direction and is our parish-wide youth group for 6th through 12th grades.  We meet the first and third Sunday evenings of each month from September through Easter at Ellston UMC.  Please contact the parish for more information and meeting and event times. Christmas Cantata

Our annual Christmas Cantata is arguably the most popular of our shared ministries.  Each year a mass choir comprised of musical talent form each church in the parish begins rehearsal in the fall and performs two shows in early December.  It's a can't miss in your holiday schedule!  We invite you to come and sing with us or just listen.  Contact the parish for more information. Our parish United Methodist Men's unit meet the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm at Tingley. [Top]

TEAM (Tingley Ecumenical Area Ministries)

TEAM is a shared ministry of the three churches of WET Parish and Tingley Christian Church (DOC) and Tingley Presbyterian Church (PCUSA).  We offer an after school program called TAG (Tingley After-School Group) on the second and fourth Wednesday evenings of each month during the school year.  We offer an annual VBS (Vacation Bible School) during July.  We also have several community worship services during the year.  Contact the parish for more information.
