Wesley Nurse Health Ministries™ facilitates health-related services as well as social and spiritual services. Wesley Nurses are based in churches so that the needs of the specific congregation and community can be better addressed. Wesley Nurses now work from 70 different faith-based locations throughout South Texas. MHM employs the Wesley Nurses and provides administrative and program guidance and support.

Wesley United Methodist Church host the only Wesley Nurse for the immediate San Angelo area. Through an agenda of health screenings, lifestyle workshops, special interest seminars, and exercise programs, Leticia Perez, our onsite Wesley Nurse, reaches scores of patrons on a weekly basis.
