Confession of Faith/Baptism: If you have never been a member of any church, you may unite by confessing Jesus Christ as your Savior. 

Restored: If you have been a member of Wesley UMC at one time (or a member of either First UMC or Washington Avenue UMC) but have been inactive, you may unite by renewing your faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. 

Transfer: If you are a member of another church, you may unite by requesting that your membership be transferred to Wesley UMC. 

Associate Member: If you are a member of another Christian denomination but will be residing in this area, you may unite as an associate member. You will maintain membership in your home church but under the care of Wesley UMC.
