Church Staff: The People of Wesley Memorial, MinistersRev. Bingham

Pastor Bingham is entering his sixth year (June 2007) as our pastor. Wesley Memorial is blessed to have Michael, Lucie, and Joshua, Margaret in our church family. See Pastor's Page.
 

Pastor's Training - Rev. Bingham will be attending a training event with the SC Emergency Response Task Force April 21-24. In an emergency he may be reached by cell phone or through the church office. Members of the SPRC have further contact information as needed.

 

 

Susan does everything very, very well

Susan McFadden, Church Secretary - We could not ask for a better blessing
 than  Susan. No matter what problem you are having you feel better after
you have talked  with Susan. A very loyal employee and a best friend to
 all of us at Wesley Memorial  UMC. Susan and her husband John joined
us in our Mission Ministry to Mexico in 2004.

 

 

Brenda keeps us togetherBrenda Johnson  is  the Director of Music for Wesley Memorial UMC.
 Many of you  know Brenda, for she has helped Tray Stephenson in our
music  program for several  years as a member of the choir during special
presentations,  as a pianist, and as a featured vocalist.  Brenda has
 considerable  experience and expertise in directing choirs at Fort Jackson. 
During the 13 years at Fort Jackson, Brenda organized and directed choirs,
 mainly consisting of trainees that have gone through Fort Jackson.  Brenda
 has a strong music education and performance training background dating
back to her time at the University of South Carolina. She is an accomplished
pianist  and, as many of you know and have heard, has beautiful soprano voice.

 

irene walkerIrene Walker  Irene graduated from Winthrop College. She
worked for 32 years  for the State of South Carolina
teaching/helping the blind, deaf and multi-handicapped people
experience improved  quality of life.  Irene served as organist
 McIntyre ANG Base.  In 1982, Irene was the first  civilian to be
 awarded the Meritorious Service Award at McIntyre, and in
1999, she received the Chief Award from the Base Commander
 at McIntyre.  Irene we thank you for your faithful service.
