Mission Team (Katrina Relief Efforts)
- With God's help we will send out
our team June 17-24.
M ission
Team left Columbia, SC for Ocean Springs, Mississippi,
June 16, 2006, will return June 23, 2006
Our Mission Team:
Marlene Sipes, John Smith, Bernie Gathers, David Robertson,
Valerie Boyce, Hiram Sipes, Laurel Irving, Carl Quickmire,
Cal Dent Jr., Al Lindsey and Rev. Michael Bingham will be served
in the Ocean Springs area of Mississippi.
Christians
Organized for Relief Effort - These are
the folks the Mission Team will be working for during our stay
CORE Base Camp
is a staging platform to organize and mobilize thousands of
volunteers to serve in Mississippi Gulf Coast devastated by
Hurricane Katrina. Volunteers from every state in the United
States as well as 13 foreign countries have volunteered
through the CORE Base Camp... giving days and weeks of their
time to serve everyday people impacted by Katrina.
