Sunday School offers classes for every age.

Each Sunday at 9:15 a.m.

There are six adult classes:

Four Couples Classes:

Open Circle Class

John Wesley Class

 Fidelis Class

      Two Ladies' Classes:

Juanita Thurman Sunshine Class

Joy Class

   Wesley McCabe Youth Classes

Senior High to Unmarried Young Adult

For Children

Three Sunday School classes for children

Nursery for young childcare at all services.

                                  Terrific Tuesday

Ann Park, Director

After school care and training during the long school term for students at South Ward and several other schools in south Longview.  Activities include needed tutoring in school subjects, crafts and field trips.  Mentoring with adults and other children augments school experiences and training in social skills.

Volunteer adult leaders include individuals from Wesley McCabe and other churches in the community as well.

Youth Activities

The Wesley McCabe Young Adult Group includes young people from Senior High age young unmarried people.  They enjoy a varied program of activities and community projects.  During the year activities include such events as::

• Mid-Winter Workshop

• Helped serve the Teacher Appreciation Banquet

• Attend U.M.Army project

• Attended the Matt Neely Concert in September

• Attended another concert in Mt Enterprise in October

• Painted a neighborhood house

• Attended a concert at First Methodist in November

• Conformation class led by the pastor

• Cooking for Terrific Tuesday

 The young people plan a service project and a social event at least once every three months..

 They also have money raising projects for special needs.
