The Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church's
Safe Sanctuary Policy for adult staff and volunteers who work with vulnerable
adults, children and youth under the age of 18. For security reasons the
attachments and references to the policy has been left out of this web copy. If you
are a Wesley member and want a complete copy, see any member of the Safe
Sanctuary Committee.
Wesley Memorial Church Vehicle Policy-Request Form - The current policy for using the church bus. A bus usage request form is included in this policy. This form will help the trustee maintenance person perform necessary repairs and service. Use of this form is a provision of the Safe Sanctuary Policy. Drivers who are screened by the SC DMV, received a criminal background check, and on the church's and insurance provider's list of approved drivers may transport youth, children, and vulnerable adults. At least one qualified adult on the bus must have current CPR/first-aid certification.
Wesley Memorial Facility Use Package - The updated Facility Use Policy and associated forms. Use these forms when applying to use the Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, or the Kitchen. Contact any member of the Board of Trustees to apply. Page 2A must be used by groups (Church and Non-church) such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc. that request to use rooms in the church on a reoccurring basis. Download Page 2A here. Wesley Memorial Scholarship Application and Guidelines - Use this form for applying for College Scholarships. Please return the completed application to the church office on or before July 15th.
Internet Photo Release Form - Parents/guardians download, print, and sign this form to allow us to post pictures of your children on our photo website.
