United Methodist Women
The Purpose of the UMW:
This
organized unit of the United Methodist Church shall be a community of women
whose
PURPOSE:
| 1) Is to know God and to experience freedom as a whole person through Jesus Christ. |
| 2) Is to develop a creative, supportive fellowship. |
| 3) Is to expand concepts of missions through participation in the global ministries of the church. |
| The Fellowship of
Wesley Chapel United Methodist Women meets at the church on the
second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. We have 17 members and
always welcome more. The meeting lasts about 90 minutes. |

Hartwig and Donna Bridgewater plan and organize family dinners
following funerals. These dinners provide a way for families to
further the closure of their loss. We fill and distribute
Thanksgiving and Christmas Baskets to those in need. We have yearly
fund raisers which help support our missions and fund some needs at
our church. |
