Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ!

If you are new to Ocean Township, I welcome you. It truly is a wonderful community in which to live.

Whether you are new to this community or not, I would like to introduce you to the Wayside United Methodist Church and invite you to worship with us.

Throughout our Web Site you will find all kinds of information about our church. We are a growing community of Believers who do not limit their ability to serve God by the worlds' boundaries. We allow God to guide us and the Holy Spirit to show us the most productive way to serve. It is for the Lord that we live our lives.

We strive hard to share with our world an expression of Christianity not unlike that which Christ first shared with His Disciples. A reflection of Christ's unselfish giving to those in need and an unending desire to grow in the Spirit of our Creator, motivates us in both our public and private lives. You are invited to join us in our endeavors to serve God.

My Friends, Christianity was never meant to be boring or simply an empty ritual. It was meant to be joyous and exciting! I pray that whatever church you find to worship in, it is one that glorifies God and is rewarding to both your heart and spirit.
