Chancel Choir
Our Chancel Choir sings praises to God on Sundays during worship. Rehearsal is at 9:45 AM on Sundays. If you are interested in joining us, please contact Kathryn Rosenbach at the church office.
Hand Bell Choir - The Tintinnabulators
St. John's Hand Bell Choir rings their beautiful music on holidays and special Sundays. Rehearsal is at 7 PM on Thursdays. All are welcome to join us - if you can count to four, you can play a hand bell!
Our Organ
On Sundays, Kathryn Rosenbach, our music director and organist, plays one of the rare Skinner Organs. Come join us on Sundays and hear the "Cadillac of pipe organs"!
Morning Chimes
Each Sunday before worship, Susan Carifio and Sylvia Missal play hymns on the chimes in our bell tower. A chime is a musical instrument consisting of set of large church bells, along with a means to play them. Many, like ours, have tuned bells. Our chimes were made by the Clinton H. Meneely Bell Company of Troy, NY, in 1900 and installed that same year.
