About This Site

The main site is written in HTML and CSS by David Winfrey (www.patriot.net/users/dlw), using a hybrid CSS/table layout generated by a Perl template system. The template code generates the graphic and text pages automatically from the same source files, creating static HTML pages that do not require PHP or MySQL support.
