The main site is written in HTML and CSS by David Winfrey, using a hybrid CSS/table layout generated by a Python template system. The template code generates the graphic and text pages automatically from the same source files.

You can see all of the content on this site without Java, Javascript, Flash, or ActiveX.

Some of the tools used in its construction and maintenance are Firefox, FileZilla, XEmacs, HTML Tidy, GNU Image Manipulation Program, W3C HTML validator, W3C CSS validator, and Python 2.5.2.

The pages on wsumc2.net (the Calendar page and some of the Activities pages) were written by Dick McMillen and Vicky Smith, using Trellix Web. Trellix Web seems to have disappeared, but Kompozer may be a good alternative.

Most of the text was written, and the photographs were taken, by various church members.
