The Old Brick Meeting House - History
The Meeting House is available for confirmation classes, tours, church meetings, community or historical gatherings, weddings or other activities appropriate to the use of the building. A map is available, should you need directions. Click on any of the highlighted links above for more information or to see the many pictures presented.
As the shadows lengthen this time of the year, we meet earlier for our October 12th service. A colorful arrangement of fall leaves adorns our alter.
Pastor Chuck welcomes us to the 174th Anniversary Service. A plaque affixed to the bricks outside, attests to the date of the first gathering here.
Perhaps now would be a good time to tune up our major source of illumination for our next two meetings. Cake, cider and conversation after the service.
The first service of the 2008 season was held on Mother’s Day, May 11th. It was also the ”Day of Pentecost” which is the birthday of the Christian church.
