Participating Clergy at the service were: Rev. Charles Naugle, Pastor; Rev. William Barnes and Rev. John Capen, Former Pastors.
Music for the service was provided by: Louise Hayes, Organist and Singers Dave Bullock, Dorothy Villano and Carolyn Milke.
  
The congregation listens to a duet, “God’s Eye Is On The Sparrow”.
Rev. Barnes reads scripture from the Old Testament. (I Kings 8:1,6,10-11,22-30,41-43 - Solomon prays at the Temple.)
  
Refreshments, which included an anniversary cake, were enjoyed by everyone after the service.
 
 
  
Two of the oldest members of the congregation in attendance were the LeGeyt sisters, Esther Shelansky and Bertha Warner.
To keep the coffee hot, Bill LeGeyt provided a generator, courtesy of the Barkhamsted Volunteer Fire Department.
Travelers were greeted by this sign in front of the church, as they traveled along Rt. 219.
Outdoor plumbing for those who really feel the need.
