Pastor Chuck preceded the evening’s service with a lively hymn sing.   Even our two balconies had few remaining empty seats.

Assisting with the service were Pastor Robert Sorozan from West Granby and Copper Hill UMC's, and Pastor Carl Franson from Pleasant Valley UMC.
For the Ministry of Music, the choir from North Canton Community UMC, directed by Jill Fowler, sang “God Is So Good”
A generator from the Barkhamsted-East FD powered Louise’s keyboard.

At the 175th Anniversary Service on October 11th, the congregation listens to Pastor Chuck relate some of the history of the church,
a copy of which is printed below.   A small but closely knit group poses for the camera at the end of the service.

Looks like something good on which to tempt our taste buds after the service.
The youngest and the oldest members of the group enjoy a “sugar high” together.

Pastor Chuck arrives with flowers for Mother’s Day.   Bertha and Gladys arrange the communion elements.   Louise and Warren look over the evening’s music.

It’s a cool spring day on May 10th as the congregation assembles for evening vespers.
