Welcome to
Wabbaseka United Methodist Church
Wabbaseka, Arkansas

George Mitchell, Pastor

Wabbaseka UMC's current sanctuary was built in 1925 with the flavor of that era.  When entering the sanctuary you can not help but notice the beautiful stained glass windows, the high stamped-tin ceilings, and some of the hand crafted furniture. All of this makes for a beautiful setting for worship services that are held each Sunday at 11:00 a.m.

Some our ladies prepare for a function in the fellowship hall located in the basement of the church. Notice the original tin celling.
The fellowship hall foyer, which has been recently remodeled, provides a cozy place to meet and greet as you enter.  One of eight stained glass windows that reflect sunlight into the sanctuary.  The sanctuary retains its original look from 1925. When entering the sanctuary you can not help but notice the beautiful stained glass windows that are on each side of the sanctuary. The high hand-stenciled tin ceilings and some of the hand crafted furniture all contribute to the beauty of the church.    Another view of the sanctuary. Almost all of the furnishings are from the original church buitl in 1925. A few pieces of handmade furniture has been added over the years as gifts and memorials.
