Vernon First UMC is moving forward in ministry and will soon be offering a Spanish-language worship service at our new satellite-location on Highway 18 East. If you would like to learn more about this exciting new opportunity to reach others for Christ, click here. 2010 Holy Week Services We welcome everyone from our community to gather in our Fellowship Hall for lunch and worship at 12 Noon during Holy Week, Monday March 29th - Friday, April 2nd! Relay for Life fundraisers and team info The Lamar County Relay for Life will be on Friday, April 30, and benefits the American Cancer Society. Our church has made plans for two fundraisers prior to the event and is putting together a team to walk in the Relay.
