We are a Christian fellowship, who declares and demonstrates God’s boundless love.

From Pastor Earl

Today’s "Thoughts" are really two notices for everyone:

The first is that this coming Sunday we will be treated to some of the excellent history of our church, some of its early leaders, how we got our building—where and what it was, how it got here—and more! Susan Tollefson will narrate in the first person as Leah Stone. This is part of the presentation that we recently gave to the Kitsap Historical Society. Even if you think you know it, you won’t want to miss this presentation. You may also want to invite friends and neighbors to share it with us.

The second notice is for you to change the information you just got about when our All Church Conference will be held. Cross off Thursday, October 22nd from your calendar. It has been moved to Thursday, October 29th. We will meet from 6:30 to 8:30 at Colby United Methodist Church (that’s in Manchester). We will be combining our meeting with the All Church or Charge conferences of the Tracyton and Colby churches. Since this will be our All Church Conference, where we elect officers, set the pastor’s compensation, submit our audit report and report on how we are doing and what we are planning, it is very important that we have good attendance. I suggest that we do some very real car-pool planning. I know we’d like to make a good showing, even though we will have to plan for travel time.

Let us thank each other for all that we do, and plan to be all that we can be. Blessings, Earl
