and talents
Don't forget to check out the current needs!
- On Sunday morning:
- Usher (youth or adults)
- Acolyte (children and youth)
- Be a greeter
- Work "behind the scenes" during the service, such as
being the projectionist
- Deliver the altar flowers to shut-ins
- Serve the congregation
- Become a Stephen Minister (Call the church office at
475-7277 for information about the necessary training)
- Serve on one of our many church committees
- Join the Altar Guild which provides essential services for our
worship
- Serve the neighborhood and Syracuse community
- Help at the Neighborhood Breakfast, Christmas Dinner, or Ice Cream
Social (children, youth, and adults)
- Make sandwiches or cookies for Hopps (children, youth, and adults)
We serve in many ways - in our service, in our choirs, in our
community, and in our world. In addition to these gifts of ourselves, we
also give our money to support our church and our ministries.

There are many groups in which you can participate depending on your
interests. There are many opportunities for service and for
fellowship such as in
- one of our music groups (for
children, youth, and adults)
- a K-Group
- one of the women's guilds
- the Prayer Chain
