Our youth are learning to be Christians

Nursery

Our nursery-aged children learn that church is a nurturing place!

Preschool through 6th grade

We have a preschool class, a 1st-3rd grade class, and a 4th-6th grade class.

Our Sunday School program is lectionary-based: the same scriptures read during church are also the basis of the lesson that day of the church calendar year. This curriculum is from "Seasons of the Spirit," which has weekly resources using a variety of experiences to help engage the Bible and nurture a growing faith.

Junior High/Confirmation Class

Traditionally, our confirmation classes (Grades 7-8) have  physically retraced their religious roots by touring and attending a service at Temple Concord, touring and attending a service at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, and attending a service at Grace Episcopal Church. They have been warmly welcomed at each place.

Our confirmation classes are confirmed in a special service dedicated solely to confirmation.

Senior Highs

The Senior High students (Grades 9-12) are studying the New Testament.

Faith and Sexuality/Relationships Retreat

What does our faith tell us about sex and relationships? Is it the same message you get from the media? We periodically offer a retreat on Faith and Sexuality/Relationships for the Junior High and the Senior High groups to discuss these issues.
