Mission Education Tour (METour)
The Kansas METour is a 10-day tour that visits a variety of mission agencies, institutions, and schools, which are sponsored, by the United Methodist Women and the United Methodist Church.
PURPOSE OF THE TOUR:
To inform young women of the mission and outreach of the United Methodist Church.
To acquaint young women with opportunities for church-related occupations.
To provide for spiritual growth through worship, singing, association with staff and members of the tour.
To encourage fellowship and fun!!!!
To provide an opportunity for becoming acquainted with dedicated persons who are working in missions.
Check with your local unit President for an application or contact your District Youth Activities person.
