Be a "5-STAR WOMAN"

You could be a Five Star Woman! If you as an individual give five "points" of the star, it can happen. You can do this by giving to:

Pledge to Mission -- undesignated giving to mission work through United Methodist Women


Special Mission Recognition -- undesignated gift for mission work through the Women's Division in honor of the recipient. The basic gift is $35 and can be shared by more than one purchaser.


Gift to Mission -- theme greeting card (a new baby, birthday, thank you, etc.) can be purchased for $5 to recognize a special event in the honoree's life.


Gift in Memory -- honors a special friend or family member with a card and a $ amount for mission work to be filled in by the purchaser and then sent to the family of the deceased person.


World Thank Offering -- shares a portion of God's blessing with others

Local treasurers will keep all records concerning each "Five Star Woman" in their unit and forward to the District Treasurer by September 1st, who will then forward this information to the Conference Treasurer.

At Conference Annual Meeting in October of each year, Units who have completed 5 star status will be recognized as well as Five Star Women. If you are a Five Star Woman your unit becomes a Five Star Unit!
