New officers should be nominated by October of each year. Each officer is to be elected for a 2-year term and can serve no more than 4 consecutive years in the same office. The COMMITTEE ON NOMINATIONS can be described as being talent scouts. They are responsible for recommending officers and committee chairpersons. The Chairperson of Nominations may serve one 2-year term in that position. The committee on nominations is elected for a 4-year term with a rotating membership divided into four classes of two members each. |
