Furniture Program

Our woodworking shop provides employment to our region and quality service to you.

We encourage groups to gather furniture in need of repair or refinishing. Bring us a truckload! We will call when it is done.

Have you been furniture shopping lately?
A four drawer dresser made of solid wood costs $400 or more. We can usually refinish your cherished dresser of the same size for about $225. Our prices are very low at $25 per hour of stripping and refinishing time. The profits support the mission work here at the United Methodist Economic Ministry.

We also have a local family who does excellent caning to supplement their retirement income. We can provide quality repairs to chairs and other woven items.
