To make a donation to the Wesley Foundation of the University of
Maryland, please make checks payable to the Wesley Foundation and send
them to:

iGive program
A Free and Easy Way to Support Campus Ministry!
The Wesley Foundation is now registered with iGive.com, a mall of 683
online stores (many of which most of us shop at routinely) that will
donate a percentage of each sale to the campus ministry if you shop
through iGive. Here's what to do so that you can support the Wesley
Foundation at Maryland with no additional cost to you:
- Begin at www.iGive.com
- Step one is to find and select your cause. Search for Wesley
Foundation UMCP- when it appears on the list, click on it and then
click on select cause.
- This will take you to the registration page. Complete the required
fields to register. You'll receive a confirmation email.
- Now you're ready to shop! Check out the list of stores and business
and their donations: Target, Overstock.com, eBay, Expedia.com, and
lots more- it's a great list! Important: In order for the WF to
receive a percentage of the sale, you must begin at the iGive mall.
Log in at the iGive website using your email address and the password
you set up. Then click on the shopping tab and click on merchants a-z
(on the left side). Happy Shopping!
Renew or order your magazines through ValueMags at iGive too! And
don't forget to check out the travel section of the mall when booking
your next airline flight!

Alternative Giving
When looking for a special gift for loved ones, please consider
honoring them by supporting the gifts of faith, growth, and community
found at the Wesley Foundation. Just provide us with the recipient's name
and address and we.ll send a personalized card letting them know that a
donation has been made in their honor. Long after chocolate has been
eaten and cologne has lost its scent, your gift will be at work in the
life of a young adult whose faith has been nurtured and strengthened
through campus ministry.

$.41- Buys a stamp to send a mailing to a new student
$10- Purchases a Harmony's Cross polo shirt for a student joining our
student singing group
$50- Helps subsidize costs for a fun and fellowship event
$75- Provides a meal for 20-25 students during the Wednesday night
fellowship time that precedes Bible study
$125- Sponsors dinner for students following contemporary worship
$200- Provides materials for Praying Outside the Lines, our ongoing
Spiritual Development program
$600- Funds the salary for a peer minister for a semester
$1000- funds brochures and advertisements so that we can get the word
out about our ministry
$2500- Enables a student to participate in the summer mission trip to
South Africa
Your gift may also support improvement to the sound system and worship
space for contemporary worship, supplies and speakers for Sunday evening
programs, retreats, and campus outreach.
Join the Campaign
The Wesley Foundation of the University of Maryland touches the lives
of 50-70 students each week. The growth of the campus ministry is a great
blessing. but an increasingly expensive one! Your gift enables the
Wesley Foundation to carry out its commitment to minister to the campus
community and guide young adults as they claim their faith.
