After School Club

The After School Club is a high quality after school care program for Woburn children in grades K-7. It is a joint ministry of this church and the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer at 60 Forest Park Road, where it operates daily from 2:45 to 5:45 p.m., and full time during the school vacations. Van transportation is provided from Woburn schools to the program.

Co-directors Carolyn Sharp-Hegarty and Chris Serson plan a variety of activities for each week, including arts and crafts, sports, nature studies, music, drama, cooking, and games. A strong emphasis is placed on academic achievement and reading, as well as on the values of compassion, sharing, respect, and responsibility.

The After School Club can be reached at (781) 937-7670.
