HIGH SCHOOL SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS
The High School Sunday School Class will be
kicking off the new year with a picnic. The event will be held at the home
of Joyce and Terry Wert on Sunday September 7th. The picnic will be held
during regular Sunday School time. It will be a time for games and
fellowship. All youth are invited to attend.
CHURCH SUMMER CAMP A very exciting event from this past summer was that our church sent 18 children to church summer camps. We have 3 camps in Nebraska and our church was represented at all three camps. Children could participate in a variety of activities from crafts, Bible study, and horseback riding. Through the generous donations from the United Methodist Men and the United Methodist Women, 2/3's of the cost was funded by the church. This was a great time for our children to experience the outdoors and meet other children from across the state.
