Missions are a huge emphasis at Church of the Pines. We annually give more than $30,000 to support a variety of missions. Come and be a part of our efforts to help relieve suffering in Jesus' name and to introduce people to Jesus in positive ways.

united methodist committee on relief (umcor)

Whenever and whereever there is a a disaster the United Methodist Committee on Relief springs into action with a major relief effort. Individuals, groups and churches can contribute toward UMCOR relief efforts with perfect confidence that their dollars will be wisely used to help those most in need. Because the annual One Great Hour of Sharing offering covers all administrative expenses for UMCOR every penny of every dollar contributed is used to help those in need.

Dan and Rachel Gabler are our covenant missionaries. They are serving in Zambia. Dan is active in the aviation wing of the mission and Rachel is involved in teaching, training, and translating materials into the local language.
