  • The Parables: Virtual Reality, is a Bible Study on the parables of Jesus as they relate to today taught by Pastor Gary on Tuesdays at 2:00 pm. The Bible study location rotates among the homes of the group members.
  • T.G.I. F. (Together Growing In Faith) is a study for Christians interested in spiritual growth as they study various topics. The group is currently studying Grace. Childcare is available but call the church office in advance. T.G.I. F. meets in the Pine Room on the second and fourth Mondays from 5:15 to 6:30 pm. The meeting begins with pizza.
  • Adult Enrichment class meets in the church parlors downstairs during coffee hour.
  • Jesus and the Gospels, is a Bible study that examines differences in the Gospel accounts to learn more about Jesus. Meets on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm in the Pine Room.
  • Other Bible Studies are available in homes, at church, and in UMW circles.

fellowship

  • Odd Couples is a group that meets monthly, usually at a restaurant and after dinner gathers in a member's home for dessert and conversation.
  • Conversation and Dinner (CAD) groups are available for all who are interested. Participants are assigned to groups of eight. They meet monthly for a potluck meal in one of the members' home. Each individual or couple takes a turn hosting the group.
  • Keenagers is a group for seniors that meets monthly for a potluck dinner at noon and an interesting program.
  • United Methodist Women has six different circles that meet at a variety of times. In addition to study and fellowship UMW members are organized to support missions.

service

  • Stephen Ministry is a ministry offered to those experiencing difficulties in life.
  • Northwoods Habitat for Humanity offers interested members an opportunity to work together with members of other churches to provide housing for the needy.
  • Lakeland Food Pantry provides food for the needy.
