| Choir: |
The choir welcomes all who would like to join them
in their ministry of music during our Sunday morning
and other special worship services.
If you like to sing, even if you can't read music,
come and make a joyful noise.
Adults age 16 and older are welcome.
Rehearsals are scheduled on Wednesday evenings at 7:00PM.

| Sunday School: |
Children age 3 and up are welcome to
attend Sunday School.
Classes are held on Sunday mornings during worship services.
Students will be dismissed from service to go to their classes.

| Nursery: |
A supervised nursery is provided for infants and children
up to five years, not attending Sunday School,
during Sunday morning services.

| 1791 |
First Methodist Society in Enfield.
Francis Asbury, first American Methodist Bishop, preached here.

| 1839 |
John Howson arrived from England and preached in the Bell School House.
|
| 1841 |
First Methodist House of Worship, 115 High St., West Enfield.
|
| 1884 |
Second house of worship, 25 High St., on land donated by the
Hartford Carpet Company.
|
| 1959 |
Purchased fourteen acres of land on Brainard Road.
|
| 1962 |
Church at 25 High St. sold to Amvets Local Post 18,
on condition that the church would lease the facility
until the new church was completed.

| 1963 |
June 30 groundbreaking at the new site.
|
| 1964 |
On Palm Sunday, Bishop James K. Mathews consecrates the
new church on Brainard Road.
|
| 1983 |
Bell moved from 25 High St. to new church.
|
| 1992 |
New Bell Tower completed.
