.Text Box: Mission Statement United Methodist Campus Ministry of the Rio Grande Valley serves as an ecumenical Christ-centered organization at the University of Texas Pan American and South Texas College. The ministry is an active participant in social issues through education, actions and service projects. As a Christian organization, our goal to provide guidance to all people by helping them grow spiritually and by serving as an organization where friendships and support groups can be formed. In addition, we serve as a means of recreation in which students can enjoy themselves in a safe and warm environment.
