More importantly, we hope that you will feel welcomed not only to the web site but to the Auburn UMC as well. We are an active and hospitable group who do our best to follow Christ and we would love to have you join us for any and all of our activities as we strive to strengthen our spirits and our relationship with God.
The Auburn United Methodist Church is a church that believes that we are at our best when we gather with folks of all sorts of diversity. We encourage everyone to feel welcomed and included and have programs for all ages, interests and abilities. There is always something going on at AUMC! Our activities spill out into the community as well as we attempt to aid our fellow citizens in acts of service and generosity.
While our activities and programs make this an exciting church, the heart of our lives is in our worship. We have two services during the week. We host a contemporary praise service at 8:30 Sunday mornings during the summer month and Saturdays at 4 PM during the rest of the year. Our 10 AM Sunday service includes a children’s time which precedes the children’s Sunday school program. Everyone joins together for nourishment and fun as we gather for coffee and snacks after the service.
