Sunday School
First United Methodist Church offers a wide variety of Sunday School classes
and new members are always welcome.
Day School
Tuscumbia FUMC Day School is an active learning exprience for children ages 1 through 5.
(Children most by 1 year old by September 1st of year beginning school.)
Classes meet Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (1 and 2 year olds
on Tuesday and Thursday.) The teachers are all highly qualified, devoted and nuturing
individuals and each is limited to 12 children. Classes meet September through May with
an additional summer session of 6 weeks. Payment is due monthly.
Vacation Bible School
Tuscumbia First Vacation Bible School is held each year during the month of July.
Church Membership Class
Learn about Methodism and the United Methodist Church. Open to prospective new members
and anyone wanting to know more about the Methodist Church.
