ANNOUNCEMENTS

INFORMATION UPDATE NEEDED
Parents, please see Carol to help update her information on your child (address, phone number, etc.) This would also be an excellent opportunity for you to give Carol a wish list of topic you would like to discuss, or trips to go on.

UPCOMING EVENTS

"NO LONGER USED" BIBLES
November 22nd - 28th is National Bible Week. If you have brought a new Bible or have an old one sitting around, you may donate them. We will be putting them in the hands of Tuscumbia residents who do not have Bibles in their homes.

CHRISTMAS MUSICAL
It is not too late to join in the fun of the Children's Christmas Musican Program - 6:00 p.m. December 13th. We practice at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. We could use some actors/actresses!

PARENTS DAY TO SHOP
Moms and Dads, do you need time to shop without the Kids? Bring your children 4 years thru 6th grade to me at the church Sunday, December 6th from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. You will have the whole afternoon! Come back at 6:00 for evening worship or, if you are running late, pick up children after class at 7:00 p.m. Please sign up on the Children's bulletin board.

    DIRECTOR'S REPORT- Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School got off to a great start! We had an average of 50 kids (and about that many adults) each night. The kids came because it's a fun adventure. The adults are who I want to praise! Thank you for all the support for your kids and the LORD! Friday was Family Night of VBS and our closing ceremony was from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. We had a program with the kids - music - food - and an opportunity for the family to go through each day of VBS together. A small donation was appreciated from each family for the cost of dinner (pizza, dessert & drinks).
