THE BOOK OF JAMES Alpha Nicholson and John Hinckley will be leading a study in The Book of James.  Paul tells us that too many of us are "Milk Fed"; we will try to get into the Meat of The Word.  When we finish James in 4 weeks, we will be starting First, Second and Third John.  Hope to see you there..TCLC 2

GOD WAS HERE & I WAS OUT TO LUNCH.  Our class will resume the study of Pastor James W. Moore's book - ."God Was Here & I Was Out To Lunch."  The study is focused on the "busyness" of our lives which prevent us from seeing God's work and activity, as we should.  "God comes near us, and we are so busy, so preoccupied, so set in our ways, or so caught up in our own agenda that we don't recognize God; we don't sense God's presence."  Does this have a familiar ring?  If it does, please join our class, which is focused on discussion, participation, and sharing.   The chapters are short and easy to read and we move at our own pace. NEW MEN'S SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS Jonathan Gregory will be leading a Men's Sunday school class dealing with a range of issues important to asserting the faith in our post-modern culture.  This includes "reasons to believe", (apologetics, prophecy, etc.), and cosmology (creation, intelligent design, evolution, and the first 10 chapters of Genesis).  This class will equip you to engage in a thoughtful discussion and defense of your faith in a society increasingly hostile to the Christian faith.  It will also be an encouragement to your faith, will speak to your intellect, and will broaden your understanding of yourself
