Team Ministry

Everyone wants to answer the question “How can I make a difference with my life? I don’t have the special skills  it takes to minister to the world. What can I do?”

Team ministry is the answer. God gives each of us unique and special skills, which when combined with the gifts of others can change the world.

A team is a group of 2 or  more people working together to fulfill a common goal.  The role of a team is to dream, develop and deploy.

Ministry is the normal function of every believer, it is meeting another persons needs in the name of Jesus Christ.

Together Everyone Achieves More.

All contributions to a team are significant. If each of us do our small part, then God will take the sum of these parts and make them greater than we can imagine.

As Trinity moves beyond the Year 2000 we need to ask ourselves “What is God Blessing, and how can we join Him?”. The Ministry of Jesus was about meeting the needs of people and we need to do the same.

"To Make Disciples for the Lord"

In the Great commission Jesus instructed us to go and make disciples. But how do we do this.

We must reach out to seekers, who maybe a non-Christian or a disenfranchised Christian. We must show them that God is real and that he can fill the void in their lives.

We must show them that we care for them, show them that they are important, not only to us but to God, and because of that we are concerned about their spiritual, mental, emotional and physical needs. We must invite them into the loving family of God.

We must help them to grow and mature as Christians. Show them how to improve their relationship with God. Show them that they can join us in our ministry, that God has given them all that they need.

Most important of all, we must praise God for His grace, and celebrate the loving relationship He has with us.

God has chooses to involve us in the advance of his kingdom, but it rests on his power not ours.

We invite everyone to join one of our teams in ministry and to play their part in making a difference.
