We offer an array of Sunday school classes each Sunday from kindergarten to adult.  For children ministries see the Stepping Stone ministry.

Our Sunday School classes meet from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. each Sunday morning.  A list and description of the classes is below:

STUDY WARRIORS:

Developed to be an open discussion class for life application of the Bible.  The ages of our class are primarily 35 - 50 years of age.  This class is taught by Matt Marshall and other class members.

FRIENDSHIP CLASS:

Organized as a young couples class in 1948, we enjoy Biblical discussions.  We primarily do adult Bible studies.  The ages are primarily 60+.  We love to have fun, and welcome new members.  We are taught by Ernie McGaughey and other class members.

INTERCESSORS:

We are currently studying Joyce Meyer’s “Wilderness of the Mind”.  The class began to pray for those who needed prayer.  We do volunteer service to the church and community.  We also sponsor food for the teachers at school.  We are young in heart and have all ages of adults in the class.  Everyone is welcome to our fellowship.  Martha Hooper is currently teaching.

NEW CREATIONS:

We have open discussion with a Biblical basis.  We use purchased texts and are currently studying Kenneth Hagen Prayer Study Course.  Any age is welcome.  There is no teacher just great group discussion.  We would also like to mention that the Arminta Sunday school class began to meet with the New Creations class recently.  The Arminta Sunday school class met from 1931 - 2003, a Sunday school ministry that lasted for over 70 years!

CRUSADERS:

Our class members range from 40’s to 50’s.  We study adult series Bible studies.  We are a close knit group that would love to welcome new comers.  Our teacher is Tom Davey.

YOUNG DISCIPLES:

Our class began in 1982.  We study books of the Bible, topical, and contemporary Bible studies.  We are currently studying the book of Revelation.  All ages young adult to seniors are welcome.  We are primarily a young adult class.  Rob Lindley is currently teaching, Lora McCauley teaches, and others rotate as well.
