It's such a joy to remember how things have been and have become as we count the years that passed here at the Tuguegarao Central United Methodist Church.

In 1911, we began with a cozy little church building which we later renovated and expanded; we bogged down the old 2-storey parsonage to make way for a 3-storey Christian School building; we built a modest home for our ministers and did tiny projects here and there to cope with the changing trend and demands of time.

Looking back, we saw all these efforts as "good" as we felt God's hands at work in each step of the way.

Today, you see the Tuguegarao Central United Methodist Church as among the biggest Methodist Churches in the region.

The lesson is so clear to us: "we can begin with even just a small thing for the Lord and He can always make this BIGtime."

But then, we caught a new vision for the church and our spirits leap at the thought of once more seeing God's fingers at work in the midst of what appears impossible. We're excited to wait at how God will magnify His kingdom all the more as we keep our eyes, hearts, hands and pockets to this BIGGER call to support His ministry.
